we are more than a face
we are more than tall, short, skinny, overweight, blonde, freckled, black, white, big-nosed, etc
we are souls
we are invisible to the eye —as Antoine de Saint-Exupéry once said —, we are essence
this bodily representation is not WHO we are, just "what" we are
and I'm not "something", I'm "someone"
I'll continue to be someone after I've left this matter I'm trapped in

wherever I go. My essence will linger on...
